About the Library
The SGGSCC Library was established in 1984 with the mission to fulfil the information needs of all stakeholders. Centrally located and spread over three floors, the library provides an ambience suitable for learning and research.
The library is well-stocked, well-equipped, fully air-conditioned, and serves as the primary knowledge center of the college. It provides open access system with spacious reading rooms, group study areas, and is equipped with safety systems including fire-fighting equipment on every floor.

The library houses a magnificent collection of resources in both print and digital form covering various disciplines:
The library maintains a significant reference section with encyclopedias, dictionaries, atlases, yearbooks, and CDs. A dedicated Sikh Centre for Inter-Faith Studies on the first floor provides access to rare books on various religions.

Access to N-LIST, DELNET, DULS e-resources, and inter-library loan services.
ICT Facilities
Wi-Fi access, downloading, printing, and information kiosk for e-newspapers.
Research Support
Plagiarism check using Turnitin software and reference services by trained staff.
Access & Automation
The library is fully automated using NETTLIB software and is transitioning to KOHA for all in-house operations. Users can access their library accounts and search the OPAC from anywhere using mobile devices or computers.
